Overview
Ping’s integration with Karbon lets you push meeting notes and key client updates directly into your practice management workspace. This helps keep your Karbon records up to date without any manual copying or re-entry.
Accessing Integrations
From your Ping home page, go to the bottom-left corner and click Settings. Then, select the Integrations tab at the top of the settings menu.
Enabling the Karbon Integration
Under the Practice Management section, you’ll see Karbon listed. Because the integration is still in beta, you’ll need to request access first.
Click Request Access next to Karbon.
A pre-filled email will open—send it to the Karbon partnership team requesting to connect your account with Ping.
Once Karbon responds, they’ll provide you with an access token.

Connecting to Karbon
When you receive your token:
Return to Ping’s Settings → Integrations → Karbon.
Enter the access token.
Click Connect.
Once connected, Ping will be linked with your Karbon workspace.
Sending Notes to Karbon
After the integration is live, open any meeting inside Ping. At the top of your meeting notes, you’ll see two options:
Download Notes
Send to Karbon
Click Send to Karbon to automatically push the full meeting summary and notes into the relevant client record within Karbon.
Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues:
Double-check that your access token is valid.
Contact the Karbon partnership team if you don’t yet have access.
If problems persist, reach out to Ping Support, and we’ll help you complete the connection.
