Which plan should I choose?
Free Trial is perfect if you're just starting out and want to test Ping's capabilities. If you just needed an accounting notetaker use the Meeting Assistant, whereas if you need an AI client brain we highly recommend Client Intelligence.
Can I switch plans later?
Yep, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
Nope. Month-to-month with no commitment. Go annual and get 20% off.
Do you offer volume contracts?
Absolutely. Have 100+ users? Let's talk custom pricing.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on the Client Intelligence tier, no credit card needed. After the trial, you can still view old meetings, but you'll need a plan to capture new ones.
Are there usage limits?
No, use Ping as much as possible. The more context Ping has the more power it has.
Will my clients be okay with Ping?
Yes! With Ping you are able to fully focus on the client during your meetings. If your clients don't like being recorded you can easily remove Ping from one-off meetings.
