How to Record a Phone Call in Ping

1. Open Ping

   • From your Home page, click Join Meeting on the left sidebar.

2. Select “Phone Call”

   • Choose the Phone Call option from the menu.

3. Enter Your Phone Number

   • Type in your phone number and click Call.

   • Ping will immediately call you to start the connection.

4. Start a New Call with Ping

   • If you want Ping to record a call from the start:

     • Answer the call from Ping.

     • You’ll hear: “This call is being recorded.”

     • While still on the Ping call, dial your client from your phone.

     • Tap Merge Calls to combine the two calls.

     • Ping now joins the conversation and begins recording.

5. Add Ping to an Ongoing Call

   • If you’re already on a call with your client and want to start recording mid-call:

     • In Ping, click Join Meeting → Phone Call.

     • Enter your phone number and click Call.

     • When Ping calls you, tap Hold & Accept, then Merge Calls.

     • Ping will announce that the call is being recorded and start capturing the conversation.

6. View the Recording

   • After the call ends, Ping automatically uploads the recording to your Home page.

   • From there, you can:

     • Rename the call

     • Add participant emails

     • Link it to the correct Client Memory

Tip:
You can invite Ping at any point during a call — even mid-conversation.
Every phone call Ping joins is automatically recorded, transcribed, and summarized.
Ping will always announce that the call is being recorded once connected.
