You’ll hear: “This call is being recorded.”
While still on the Ping call, dial your client from your phone.

Ping now joins the conversation and begins recording.
Add Ping to an Ongoing Call
If you’re already on a call with your client and want to start recording mid-call:
In Ping, click Join Meeting → Phone Call.
Enter your phone number and click Call.
When Ping calls you, tap Hold & Accept, then Merge Calls.
Ping will announce that the call is being recorded and start capturing the conversation.
View the Recording
After the call ends, Ping automatically uploads the recording to your Home page.
From there, you can:
Rename the call
Add participant emails
Link it to the correct Client Memory
Tip:
You can invite Ping at any point during a call — even mid-conversation.
Every phone call Ping joins is automatically recorded, transcribed, and summarized.
Ping will always announce that the call is being recorded once connected.
