Managing Your Billing & Subscription
Learn how to view invoices, update your payment method, and manage your Ping subscription.

Ping makes it easy to manage your billing details, whether you’re in a free trial or an active paid plan. You can access all billing information directly from your Ping dashboard.

Open Your Billing Settings
From your Ping dashboard, click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Billing.
Here you’ll find your current plan, payment method, and next renewal date.

Update Payment Method
To update your credit card or switch your payment method:
1. Click Edit Payment Method.
2. Enter your new card details.
3. Click Save Changes.
All future payments will automatically use your updated card.

View or Download Invoices
To access your past invoices:
1. Go to Billing → Invoices.
2. Click any invoice to view details.
3. Select Download PDF if you’d like a copy for your records.

Manage Your Plan
If you’d like to switch between monthly and annual plans, or upgrade to a higher tier:
1. Go to Billing → Manage Plan.
2. Choose your desired plan.
3. Confirm your selection to apply the change immediately.
Your new billing rate will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancelling or Pausing Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel or pause your plan:
1. Go to Billing → Manage Plan.
2. Select Cancel Subscription or Pause Billing.
3. Follow the confirmation steps.
Your account data will remain safe, and you can reactivate anytime.
