The Meeting Analytics page gives you a clear breakdown of what happened during your client conversations. You can use it to understand participation levels, emotional tone, and (soon) key topics discussed. This helps you improve your advising skills and review how your team performs across meetings.

How to Access Meeting Analytics
To open the Meeting Analytics page, start by selecting a past meeting from your Meetings list. Once you’ve chosen a meeting, click the Analytics tab at the top of the meeting view. This will open your analytics dashboard.
What You’ll Find in Meeting Analytics
The Analytics tab is divided into three key sections designed to highlight different aspects of your conversation.
Talk Time
This section shows how much time each participant spent speaking. You’ll see a visual breakdown comparing your talk time with your client’s, helping you understand whether the conversation was balanced or if one side dominated.
Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment analysis highlights emotions detected throughout your meeting—such as happiness, gratitude, fear, or confusion. These insights help you understand not just what was said, but how your client felt. For example, noticing moments of confusion can signal areas where you may need to clarify information or follow up after the meeting.
Keyword Tracking (Coming Soon)
Keyword tracking will automatically surface important words and themes from your conversations. Once launched, this feature will help you quickly spot patterns and topics that matter most to your clients.
Why These Insights Matter
These analytics give you a deeper understanding of your communication style and your client’s experience. Use them to refine how you explain concepts, adjust your pacing, and better support your clients’ needs.
