Import your Fireflies.ai meeting transcripts into Ping to generate AI-powered summaries, action items, and client associations.

Prerequisites

• Fireflies.ai Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan (API access required)

• Fireflies.ai API key from your dashboard

• Ping account with Data Import enabled

Quick Setup

1. Get Your API Key

• Log in to Fireflies.ai

• Go to Settings > Developer Settings

• Click Generate API Key and save it

2. Connect to Ping

• Open Ping dashboard

• Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Data Import

• Select Fireflies.ai and enter your API key

• Click Continue

3. Import Meetings

• Select meetings to import (or use Select All)

• Click Import [X] Meetings

• Import runs in background—you can close the window

Key Features

Client Matching: Ping automatically links meetings to clients by matching participant emails with your Client Contacts.

Processing: Large imports may take several hours. Backfilled meetings are processed with lower priority than live recordings.

Email Notifications: To avoid inbox overload, temporarily disable Post-Meeting Recaps in Settings > Meeting Assistant > Notifications before importing.

Troubleshooting

• "Invalid API Key": Remove spaces and verify you have a Pro or higher plan

• Missing Meetings: Fireflies must finish transcribing before Ping can import

• Failed Imports: Retry individually—usually caused by missing transcripts

• Duplicates: Prevented by unique Fireflies ID
