Import Otter.ai Meetings into Ping
If you already have an Otter.ai export ZIP file, you can quickly import your meetings into Ping. This brings in your meetings with full transcripts and notes intact, so you can continue working without missing any context.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
Your Otter.ai ZIP export downloaded to your computer.
Access to Ping Settings.
Import Your Otter.ai ZIP File
Follow these steps:
In Ping, click Settings in the left sidebar.
Scroll down the Integrations section and find the Otter.ai Import card.
Click Import.
Click Choose File, select your Otter ZIP file, and then click Upload.
What Happens During the Import
After uploading, Ping processes your meetings automatically.
A progress bar appears while the file uploads.
For larger ZIP files, uploading may take a minute or two.
Once uploaded, processing continues in the background.
You’ll see a progress widget in the bottom-right corner.
You can navigate away or keep working while the import runs.
View Your Imported Meetings
When the import is complete:
Click Meetings in the left sidebar.
Your Otter.ai meetings will appear with transcripts and notes fully preserved.

Can I leave Ping while the import is running?
Yes. The import continues in the background even if you navigate to another page.
Will my original transcripts be changed?
No. Ping imports your meetings with transcripts and notes exactly as they were exported from Otter.ai.
How long does the import take?
Smaller files usually finish quickly. Larger ZIP files may take a few minutes to upload and process.
