Ping 101 Ping’s Product Roadmap
Feb 5, 2026
Why a Product Roadmap Matters at Ping
Building Ping is an ongoing process, and we believe users should have visibility into where the product is headed. That’s why we maintain a public product roadmap. It helps set clear expectations, shows what we’re actively working on, and creates a shared understanding between our team and our users.
A roadmap isn’t a promise or a fixed timeline. Instead, it’s a living view into our priorities and direction.
What the Ping Product Roadmap Is
The Ping product roadmap is a public view of features and improvements that are:
Planned for the future
In progress right now
Recently released
It reflects what the team is focusing on based on user feedback, product strategy, and technical considerations.
You can view the roadmap here:

Why We Share the Roadmap Publicly
Transparency is important to us. Sharing the roadmap allows us to:
Give users insight into upcoming features
Reduce uncertainty about what’s being worked on
Collect feedback earlier in the development process
Align expectations around timing and scope
It also helps users decide how Ping fits into their workflows today and in the future.
How to Use the Roadmap
The roadmap is best used as a reference point, not a guarantee.
When reviewing it, keep in mind:
Items may change as we learn more or receive new feedback
Timing can shift based on complexity or dependencies
Some ideas may evolve or be deprioritized
If a feature is marked as In Progress, it means the team is actively working on it. Planned items are on our radar but may not have a confirmed timeline yet.
Sharing Feedback and Requests
Many roadmap items are influenced directly by user feedback. If you have an idea, feature request, or improvement in mind, you can submit it through our feedback portal and upvote existing requests.
This helps us understand what matters most and prioritize accordingly.
A Living Plan, Not a Contract
The Ping roadmap is a guiding tool, not a strict commitment. Our goal is to build the right things in the right order while staying flexible enough to respond to real user needs.
By keeping the roadmap public, we aim to build Ping together with our community—openly, thoughtfully, and with clarity.
