HubSpot Integration Overview
The HubSpot integration lets you sync your meeting notes and action items from Ping directly into HubSpot. This helps you keep all client context, follow-ups, and tasks in one place without switching between tools.
Connect HubSpot to Ping
Follow these steps:
Go to the Integrations page in Ping.
Find HubSpot and click Connect.
Log in to your HubSpot account when prompted.
Select the correct account and grant all required permissions.
You’ll be redirected back to the Integrations page, where your HubSpot account will now show as connected.
Once connected, you’ll be able to sync both meeting notes and action items.
Sync Meeting Notes to HubSpot
After connecting HubSpot, you can sync notes from any meeting.
Follow these steps:
Open a meeting in Ping.
In the center panel, review your meeting notes.
Click Sync to HubSpot.
Ping automatically searches HubSpot using the meeting participants’ email addresses.
Select the correct record and click Sync.
You can add additional participants if you want the notes linked to multiple HubSpot records.
Sync Action Items to HubSpot
Action items can be synced individually or in bulk.
Follow these steps:
Open a meeting in Ping.
Review the action items on the right side.
Choose to sync one action item or use bulk sync to send all at once.
Click Sync to HubSpot.
Ping will find the matching client and complete the sync.
Where Data Appears in HubSpot
Once synced:
Meeting notes appear in the Notes section of the HubSpot activity timeline.
Action items appear in the Tasks section.
