Core Ping Seat

The Core Ping seat is the primary and most popular option for teams using Ping.

A Core seat costs $30 per user per month, with a 20% discount on annual billing, which comes out to $288 per user per year.

With a Core seat, you get access to:

• Unlimited AI outputs

• Unlimited teams

• Full client profiles

• Client memory and client intelligence

• AI coaching

• Dedicated support

• Organized configuration at the firm level

• The ability to add unlimited Light seats at $10 per month per user

Core seat users can:

• Connect their calendar

• Connect their email

• Have Ping attend and record meetings

• Contribute to client memory and intelligence

• Actively build and update client profiles

Light Seats

Light seats are designed for users who need visibility but don’t actively contribute to recordings or client intelligence.

Light seats cost $10 per user per month and can be added in unlimited quantities to a Core plan.

Light seat users:

• Cannot connect their calendar

• Cannot connect their email

• Cannot have Ping attend or record meetings

• Cannot contribute to client memory, client intelligence, or client profiles

Light seats are ideal for team members who need access to information without generating or managing AI outputs.

Starting Firm Package

The Starting Firm package is built specifically for solo accountants who are just getting started.

This plan is only available if:

• The firm is less than one year old

• The firm consists of one seat maximum

This package includes limited meetings and AI functionality to support new firms while they grow.
