Understanding the Ping Homepage

Ping Homepage Overview
The Ping homepage gives you a quick snapshot of your meetings and recordings so you can easily prepare, review, and take action. Here’s how each part of the homepage works and what you can do from it.
Upcoming Meetings
At the top of the homepage, you’ll see your upcoming meetings. These meetings are pulled directly from your connected calendar, so every scheduled event appears here automatically.
Meetings are color-coded to show their status:
Green meetings mean Ping will attend and record the meeting.
Gray meetings mean the meeting is offline and will not be recorded.
A meeting appears in gray when your calendar event does not include a meeting link that Ping can use. Without a link, Ping can’t join and won’t send a note taker.
Adding or Removing Ping From a Meeting
If you want Ping to attend and record a meeting that’s currently offline, you’ll need to add a meeting link to the calendar event. Once the link is added, the meeting will appear in green.
If you don’t want Ping to attend a specific meeting, you can remove it directly from the homepage. You can always add Ping back later if you change your mind.
Preparing for Meetings
Each upcoming meeting includes a Prepare option. This lets you get ready ahead of time by adding pre-meeting notes, creating an agenda, and reviewing past meetings related to that conversation.
Using Prepare helps you stay organized and ensures Ping captures the context that matters most.
Viewing and Managing Recordings
From the homepage, you can switch between views:
All meetings shows everything on your calendar.
Recorded shows only meetings that Ping attended and recorded.
In the recorded view, you can:
Edit the meeting name
Delete recordings you no longer need
Getting Started From the Homepage
The Ping homepage is designed to help you move quickly. You can review upcoming meetings, prepare in advance, manage recordings, and get high-level overviews—all from one place.
