How It Works
Automatic Join
Ping Assistant monitors your calendar and automatically joins scheduled meetings when they start.
Real-Time Transcription
As the meeting progresses, Ping transcribes the conversation and identifies key topics and participants.
Smart Summaries
After the meeting, Ping generates a summary including:
Key discussion points
Action items and next steps
Important client details mentioned
Follow-up questions
Using Meeting Summaries
Copy to TaxDome
Click the "Copy Summary" button to quickly paste meeting notes into TaxDome client records.
Add Participants
Make sure to tag participants during or after the call so Ping can associate the information with the right client profiles.
Edit and Annotate
You can edit any summary to add context or clarify details. Your edits help Ping learn your preferences.
Best Practices
Review summaries within 24 hours while details are fresh
Tag all client attendees for accurate tracking
Add context notes for internal team members who weren't on the call
