The Ping Referral Program is a simple, credit-based system where you earn rewards for introducing other firms to Ping.

How the Referral Program Works

Follow these steps:

  1. Use Ask Ping or the Referrals button in the bottom left to send out a referral
  1. There are two ways to share your referral with another firm
  2. Copy the sharable link and give out the link directly
  3. Send a personal invite and enter an email and we will send the link directly to them
  4. When the firm signs up with Ping, you earn credits
  5. Redeem your credits for exclusive rewards

Every referral also receives an extra 2 weeks when they join Ping.

Earning Credits

You earn credits based on how your referral engages with Ping.

Referral Engagement Credits

  • Referral Signs up for Pings Free Trial — 1 credit
  • Referral schedules and meets with a member of the Ping Team — 1 credit
  • Firm joins Ping (1–9 seats) — 2 credits
  • Firm joins Ping (10–49 seats) — 4 credits
  • Firm joins Ping (50+ seats) — 8 credits

Redeeming Credits

Credits can be redeemed for exclusive Ping rewards through the merch store. You can check out the different merch option on our merch site here:
