Ping gathers your client interactions from emails, meetings, and connected tools into one centralized, queryable database. This allows you to remember important details, surface action items, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Using this context, Ping can help you draft emails, track follow-ups, and push key client information into your practice management system or other sources of truth.
To get the most value from Ping, start by completing the three steps below.

Follow these steps:
Connect your calendar so Ping can capture meeting context and turn conversations into Client Intelligence.
Connect your email so your new Email Assistant can use email context to build Client Intelligence and help you draft better client communications.
Connect any other integrations your firm uses to ensure Ping works where you’re already working. If a tool you rely on isn’t supported yet, email us and we’ll add it to our roadmap.
What happens next
Once you’re connected, Ping starts building Client Intelligence automatically from your day-to-day work. You’ll be able to:
Ask questions about your clients and get instant, accurate answers.
Draft emails using full client context.
Track action items and key details without manual note-taking.
Identify opportunities to automate internal workflows.
