Overview
The Zoom Phone integration brings your recorded phone calls into Ping.
What You Get
Each recorded call appears in Ping as a meeting.
How It Works
Once you connect Zoom your recorded calls will sync automatically. When a call's recording is ready, Zoom notifies Ping and Ping transcribes and summarizes it. The call will appear in your meetings dashboard.
How to Connect
- In Ping, go to Settings → Integrations.
- On the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom.
- Log in to Zoom and click Allow to authorize Ping.
- You're returned to Ping with Zoom marked Connected.
Call recording must be enabled in Zoom for Ping to process a call. We recommend enabling automatic recording so nothing is missed.
How to Disconnect
Go to Settings → Integrations, find the Zoom card, and click Disconnect. New calls stop syncing and your Zoom data is removed. Reconnect anytime.
