How Ping Seat Types Work

Ping has two seat types so you can give the right level of access to each person on your team:

  • Full seats
  • Lite seats

Full seats

Full seats are for team members who actively use Ping day to day.

Full seat users can:

  • Actively build and update client profiles
  • Contribute to client memory and intelligence
  • Have Ping attend and record meetings
  • Connect their email
  • Connect their calendar

Lite seats

Lite seats are for users who need visibility into information, but don’t actively contribute recordings or generate AI outputs.

Lite seat users:

  • Cannot contribute to client memory, client intelligence, or client profiles
  • Cannot have Ping attend or record meetings
  • Cannot connect their email
  • Cannot connect their calendar

Lite seats are ideal for team members who need access to information without generating or managing AI outputs.
