Availability may depend on your Ping plan, role, integrations, or beta access.

Ask Ping can create client-ready proposal documents from one or more discovery meetings. The documents use transcript evidence and your firm's approved service catalog.

A proposal brief or PowerPoint deck is a file for your team to review and send. It is different from creating a real proposal draft in Anchor or Ignition.

Choose the source meetings

Before asking for a proposal:

  1. Open Ask Ping.
  2. Attach or pin the discovery meeting or meetings you want to use. You can also name the meetings and let Ask Ping find them.
  3. Confirm the client or prospect name.
  4. Include pricing or commercial terms only when you want those exact values in the document.

Ask Ping needs access to every source meeting. When several meetings have the same title, choose the correct dated meeting before generation.

You can use up to eight source meetings in one proposal document. Ping orders multiple meetings chronologically.

If a live meeting already has transcript content, Ask Ping can create a proposal during the call. Review live-meeting output carefully because the source conversation may still be changing.

Create a proposal brief

Ask for a proposal brief, proposal readout, What We Heard, or How We Can Help document.

For example:

Create a proposal brief for Northstar from the two pinned discovery meetings.

The proposal brief includes:

  • Client needs grounded in the transcript.
  • Verbatim client quotes with speakers and timestamps.
  • Links back to the source recordings.
  • Service recommendations limited to your approved firm catalog.
  • Decisions still needed before the proposal is final.

Pricing is optional. Ask Ping includes only commercial terms you provide. Missing pricing does not block the brief.

The finished brief is an editable document in Library.

Create a PowerPoint proposal deck

Ask directly for a PowerPoint, PPTX, presentation, slides, or proposal deck.

For example:

Create a PowerPoint proposal deck for Northstar from the pinned discovery meetings using Ping's built-in design.

A deck is generated directly from the meetings. You do not need to create a proposal brief first.

For a new deck, choose one design:

  • Ping's built-in proposal design.
  • An available firm proposal template.
  • A PowerPoint file supplied as the visual reference.

Ask Ping returns a Library link and a PowerPoint download. The finished deck can include client needs, recommendations, existing agreement context, and exact commercial inputs you supplied.

Revise a deck

Ask Ping can revise an existing generated deck.

Name the deck or continue from the conversation that created it, then describe the change. For example:

Revise the Northstar deck to use eight slides and move the timeline before pricing.

Ask Ping updates the existing deck reference. If several older decks match the name, select the correct one first.

Evidence and catalog safeguards

Ping validates proposal claims against accessible transcripts. It also checks recommended services against the firm's approved proposal service catalog.

Unsupported generated content may be omitted. Ask Ping does not restore a removed claim by guessing.

Review every proposal document before sharing it with a client, especially names, pricing, timing, scope, and source quotes.
