Saved views let you save a filtered version of the Meetings table and return to it later with one click. They are useful when you often review the same meeting list, such as your recorded client meetings, upcoming meetings that still need links, meetings in a date range, or meetings with a specific tag.

What a meeting view saves

A meeting view saves the current table state for the Meetings page, including:

  • Whether you are viewing Past Meetings or Upcoming Meetings.
  • Search text.
  • Meeting ownership and visibility filters, when available.
  • Recorded-only filtering for past meetings.
  • Meeting-link filtering for upcoming meetings.
  • Contact or participant filters.
  • Date range filters.
  • System tags and custom tags.
  • The current meeting table sort.

Saved views do not change meeting details, notes, transcripts, tags, sharing settings, or column layout. They only save how the Meetings table is being viewed.

How to save a meeting view

  1. Open the Meetings page.
  2. Choose Past Meetings or Upcoming Meetings.
  3. Apply the filters, search, tags, date range, and sort you want to reuse.
  4. Click Manage views above the table.
  5. Choose Create new view.
  6. Enter a clear name, such as Client recordings this month or Upcoming without links.
  7. Click Create.

The new view appears as a button next to Manage views and becomes active right away.

How to switch between meeting views

Each saved meeting view appears as a button above the Meetings table. Click a view name to apply its saved table state. If the saved view was created on Past Meetings or Upcoming Meetings, Ping switches back to that tab when the view is applied.

The active view stays highlighted so you can tell which saved meeting list you are using.

How to update or rename a meeting view

  1. Click the saved view you want to change.
  2. Adjust the Meetings table filters, tab, search, tags, date range, or sort as needed.
  3. Click Manage views.
  4. Choose Update current view.
  5. Rename the view if needed.
  6. Click Update.

Updating replaces the saved table state for that view with your current Meetings table state.

How to delete a meeting view

  1. Click the saved view you want to remove.
  2. Click Manage views.
  3. Choose the delete option for that view.
  4. Confirm by clicking Delete view.

Deleting a view only removes the saved shortcut. It does not delete meetings, recordings, notes, transcripts, or tags.
