The Overview tab highlights relationship health for the clients in your Client Health scope.

Overview appears when Client Health is available for your firm and your Firm access is active. A Client Owner sees health totals, hot spots, and tiles for clients they own. A Firm access control can remove overview access from an eligible Client Owner and later restore their existing Health scope. It does not make someone a Client Owner or add a client assignment. Client Health access does not grant access to a client's meetings or email.

Client health

The strip across the top counts each client in your Health scope by grade. Click any tile to open the Health watchlist filtered to those clients.

  • Healthy — graded A or B.
  • At risk — graded C or D.
  • Critical — graded F.
  • Not scored — not enough history yet to grade fairly.

A distribution bar below the counts shows the full spread of grades.

Client hot spots

Four short lists naming the accounts at either end of the range:

  • Most at risk and Healthiest — ranked by relationship risk.
  • Going quiet and Most engaged — ranked by engagement.

Needs attention

Your triage queue: one tile for each negative relationship signal found in a client's meetings or email — cancel intent, a challenge to your fees, or a complaint about your work. Each tile shows the signal type, the client, how long ago it happened, and the client's own words.

Filter by Tag to narrow to one kind of signal.

Worth celebrating

The same, pointed the other way: genuine praise for your firm or a named team member. Filter by Credited to to show praise aimed at the firm, or at one person.

Working a tile

Both columns share the same actions:

  • Click the tile — opens that client's health page.
  • Draft email — opens Ask Ping ready to write a response. Reads Draft thank-you, or Draft kudos to [name], on a praise tile.
  • Accurate signal / Not a real signal — the thumbs-up and thumbs-down tell us whether Ping read the conversation correctly. Your own rating; it never changes a grade.
  • More actions → View email — opens an accessible message in a drawer so you keep your place. Accessible meetings open in a new tab. These actions require permission to the source content; Overview access does not grant that permission.
  • Dismiss — clears the tile from your board only.
