The Staff tab on the Firm dashboard reports activity for staff in the Org Units you lead and their nested Org Units, over a date range you choose. Use it to see coverage, spot quiet accounts, and export activity.
The Staff dashboard must be available for your firm and your Firm access must be active. If your firm does not use Org Units, existing Owner and Manager reporting access continues to apply. A person can be a Leader for more than one Org Unit, and an Org Unit can have more than one Leader; the dashboard combines those reporting scopes. A Firm access control can remove dashboard access from an eligible person and later restore the reporting scope they already qualify for. It does not create a Leader relationship or a client assignment. Leadership controls reporting scope only. It does not change direct client assignments or grant access to clients, meetings, or email.
Choosing a date range
Every number and chart on the page respects the date range in the top right. Pick 7d, 30d (the default), 90d, or a Custom range. The detail pages use the same picker.
Reading the charts
- Recorded Meeting Time by Staff — your top 10 staff by recorded hours, split into Client recorded (dark) and Other recorded (light) time. Hover any bar to see that person's most-met clients.
- Emails by Staff — top 10 staff by Client sent and Client received email volume. Hover to see each person's top contacts.
The staff table
Each row is one team member. Click a column header to sort; click a row to open that person's detail page.
- Meetings — number of meetings in the range.
- Recorded — how long those meetings were recorded.
- Attended — how long that person was actually present in the meeting. Per-person attendance tracking began June 18, 2026, so meetings before that date show 0m attended.
- Emails Sent, Emails Received, and Emails CC'd — email volume with clients.
- Total Touchpoints — meetings plus all email activity, combined.
Filtering and scoping
- Search staff… — filter by name or email.
- Team and Org Unit filters appear when available for your reporting scope. An Org Unit filter narrows your existing leadership scope; it cannot add another scope.
- Client Meetings / All Meetings toggle — show only client-related meetings, or include internal and other meetings too.
A single staff member's detail page
Click any staff member to open their page, which shows:
- Assigned Coverage, Meetings, and Emails Sent summary cards.
- Coverage by Client & Channel — client activity within your reporting scope, with meeting and email bars and a last contact indicator (clients not contacted in 30+ days are flagged). Switch between Assigned (their book of clients) and All (everyone they've touched).
- Activity Log — a chronological feed of meetings and sent emails. Filter by All / Meetings / Email, by client, or search. Click a meeting to open it when you already have access to that meeting.
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download everything currently shown. The export respects your date range, search, and filters.
