If an integration is connected but nothing has synced yet, it usually means one more step or condition is needed before data can move.

What connected means

Connected means Ping has permission to talk to the other app. It does not always mean data has already moved.

Many integrations need one more condition before anything syncs.

Common reasons nothing has synced

  • The meeting has not finished processing yet.
  • The integration needs a manual import or sync button.
  • The client was not matched, so Ping does not know where to send the data.
  • Auto-sync is turned off.
  • The connected account does not have access to the destination project, client, database, or workspace.
  • The other app needs admin approval.
  • A phone or call tool has not enabled recording or transcription.
  • The connected account expired and needs to be reconnected.

What to check

Start with the type of integration:

  • For meeting note sync, check that the meeting has processed and has notes.
  • For action item sync, check that the meeting has action items and that the destination supports action item sync.
  • For client imports, check whether you started the import and reviewed the preview.
  • For Revenue Intelligence data, check that services and agreements were imported.
  • For call tools, check recording and transcription settings in the phone system.

When to reconnect

Reconnect the integration if Ping says the connection is expired, disconnected, or missing permission. Reconnecting is also a good first step after your admin changes app permissions.

When to contact support

Contact support if the meeting has processed, the client is matched, the right setting is turned on, and the destination app still does not receive the data. Include the integration name, the meeting or client name, and what you expected to sync.
