The Clients tab on the Firm dashboard shows activity for the clients in your dashboard scope, rather than every client in the firm — meetings, recorded time, and emails — plus which staff are covering them, over a date range you choose. Use it to find under-served clients and export client activity.

A Client Owner sees the clients they own. Direct client assignments control ordinary client access. Meeting and email access also depends on participation, sharing settings, and content-specific privacy rules. The Clients dashboard must be available for your firm and your Firm access must be active. A Firm access control can remove dashboard access from an eligible Client Owner and later restore the scope they already qualify for. It does not make someone a Client Owner or add a direct client assignment. This is a reporting view; to rename, merge, or delete clients, see Managing Clients.

Choosing a date range

Every number and chart on the page respects the date range in the top right. Pick 7d, 30d (the default), 90d, or a Custom range. The detail pages use the same picker.

Reading the charts

  • Recorded Meeting Time by Client — top 10 clients by recorded meeting hours.
  • Emails by Client — top 10 clients by Sent and Received email volume.
  • Client Engagement Score — if engagement scoring is enabled for your firm, a trend of your top clients' scores. Click a point for a breakdown.

The client table

Each row is one client in your dashboard scope. Click a column header to sort; click a row to open the client's coverage page.

  • Meetings — number of meetings with the client.
  • Recorded — total recorded meeting time.
  • Emails Sent, Emails Received, and Emails CC'd — email volume with the client.
  • Total Touchpoints — meetings plus all email activity, combined.
  • Engagement — the client's engagement score, if enabled. Click it for a breakdown.

Filtering

  • Search clients… — filter by client name.
  • Team and Org Unit filters appear when available for your dashboard scope. They narrow the clients you can already see; they do not grant more client access.

A single client's detail page

Click any client to open its page, which shows:

  • Staff Coverage, Meetings, and Emails Sent summary cards.
  • Engagement — the current score, letter grade, and the pillars behind it (such as email volume, meeting frequency, and response time), if enabled.
  • Coverage by Staff & Channel — every staff member in contact with the client, with meeting and email bars and a last contact indicator. Switch between Assigned staff and All staff with activity.
  • Activity Log — a chronological feed of meetings and sent emails. Filter by All / Meetings / Email, by staff, or search. Click a meeting to open it when you already have access to that meeting.

Exporting

Click Export CSV to download everything currently shown. The export respects your date range, search, and filters.
